exif modification of a group of photosp of photos

is it possible with metadata++?

Using the v 2.01.5 you can add titles to XMP-dc and XMP-pdf titles tags. (Modify -> Title -> add)
You can add descriprions to XMP-xmp and XMP-dc descriotion tags (Modify -> Description -> add)

You seem to want to add or modify title and descripntion on EXIF data. Please tell me the names of the tags that would be modified.
